DON’T BE LATE FOR LIVE NUDES
So I walk in 10 minutes late to my Life Drawing class trying to remember if we’re having our first live model today. The sight of a naked women already mid-pose greets my eye as I open the studio door. Yep, it was definitely today. After weeks of drawing the skeleton model and my classmates who volunteered we finally get a nude model. I won’t lie it was a bit of a surprise at first as I have never drawn a nude model in person before. The initial shock wore off extremely quickly due to the models professional demeanor. We drew multiple 5 minute quick studies and two 15 minute drawings but I was most pleased with my 30 and 60 minute drawings. I’ll upload them once I figure out how I’m gonna get them on my computer… (adds camera to Christmas list)

So I finally have a lot of class work piling up on me and it’s keeping me from learning these php and WordPress functions. I uploaded the theme I found to be the best (despite the awful pink) and I’ll be taking it apart so I can learn how all the coding work. Eventually I plan to make my own theme after I get coding down pat.

Wewt finally got around to doing this whole Blog thing. I’m gonna use use this place to post my art and my rants about life and my struggles with art and stuff… Yah.. try to contain your excitement kk?
I finally got another internship (only two internships by senior year hurr) working for the design department of Sensor Products Inc. It’s a company that tests pressure in various application and my job is to help with the web and print work. So far it’s a pretty easy job. A lot of the stuff they ask me to edit as far as the print work goes is child play. The web work is a bit more tedious as it usually involves going into the code and making changes in various files. If I’m not doing those two things then I’m doing the grunt work of making Excel logs of random shit that.. needs logging I guess.
What better way to commemorate this commencement post by presenting my three most recent pieces. Critique is very much appreciated.
